"A mosaic of colour the size of two and a half tennis courts that will float above the revamped fashion and dining precinct known as 140 ... The overhead mural, which is expected to take five weeks and 315 litres of paint to create, is perhaps the most ambitious element of the fast-evolving, laneway-linked 140 precinct."
