Doing some test in my lab of different white ink washes on black watercolor paper. Over the years I've learned the importance of experimenting with supplies before diving in. Gotta make sure the paper will dry without wrinkling and not pass dark pigment into the light inks. Once that's confirmed it's a go! I haven't done too much work that builds from dark to light (But I have done a lot of B/W Illustrations). New ideas. Getting loose. Having fun. *This is a photo of a scrap paper test.
