I recently purchased a new set of Holbein Gouache to pick up where I left off on my ongoing Hexagon Series. Now it's time for the fun details. Gouache is an amazing paint to work with. Super strong pigment, vibrant color mixing (without mudding), and it dries fast. I think of it as a water-based rival to xylene-based 1 Shot Enamel, except it is more forgiving and less toxic.
