I had a blast yesterday painting this transparent, misty, hyper-color Window Mural on the front of Fore River Gallery to celebrate the opening of MWM : Geometry Grandiose. The exhibition opens to the public during Portland, Maine's First Friday Artwalk in two days. This will rock! *Photos do not do this mural justice. The depth, illusions, and soft spraypaint fades are crazy. Inside and outside, during night and day, this mural evolves with the shifts in lighting. Click-Zoom.
Depending on where you stand in the gallery, the neighborhood is blazing. Here's Anna's Furniture exploding from the doorway. Stay tuned for more nighttime photos. Craze!
Hope to see all you Maine-iacs Friday Night at the Opening!
