The set is now complete! There's a spot reserved on my bookshelf top row for these. While I was in London last month I came across a couple books from this series by Wooden Books and was blown away. Each mini-book is packed with uncut raw knowledge. I did some research online, found their website, and grabbed the entire set. Really, really amazing stuff. Beautifully printed and thoughtfully curated, and the perfect size to travel with. Wooden Books UK Paperback Editions. Coffee Table Curriculum: 1 & 2 & 3. Enjoy!

※ Glyph Cue. AddicTEEd Interview.
Earlier this week my friend Aris from AddicTEEd and I chopped it up about Glyph Cue. What does it mean? Is this the right time for a new brand? Who is involved? What is the perfect recipe for a tee? What's next? Glyph Cue - AddicTEEd Interview. While you are surfing around, swing through Aris's other websites: Streetgeist.com (Street Fashion Shots) and TheLabMag.com (Greek Urban Culture Mag). All three websites are bookmark worthy. Thanks bro!

Painting With Kate.
My Painting Studio is in full effect this month. I've been working on my Hexagon Series, and Kate has been swinging through every couple days to rock on our Collabo Series. There are over 20 half-cooked paintings in my living room right now! Life is good. We're up to Round 4 on (10) 24x24 panels. Still rocking the atmospheric backgrounds, but fun to look at already. It's super fun to collaborate on paintings, especially with such a talented artist. These are going to rock!
MWM X DressCode.
A few months back I worked with Tuscon, Arizona's DressCode on their New Logo and a Mini-Line of 3 tees dropping this Spring. This B/W Guitar Mandala is the first drop of the set. Click-Zoom.

Big Wall Graphics.

Really psyched for these! In collaboration with START I've just dropped two new products that not only look fresh, but they are super affordable, and allow you to interact with my designs. Gotta love 2009 technology. These things are futuristic. "Premium Self-Adhesive Fabric. Digital Eco-Solvent Inks & Premium PhotoTex®. Large-Format. Truly Repositionable. Will Not Harm Walls. Created & Printed in USA."
When these things arrive on your doorstep, they're already cut and ready to be applied to any wall surface, rearranged, played with, flowing up the stairs, around corners, exploding from behind your couch, literally anywhere. And you can remove/reapply whenever you want. BIG Thanks to John Doffing for having me on board with this project . Now there's no excuse for having a huge blank wall in your spot. MWM Vector-Fleet #1 & MWM Vector-Fleet #2. Click-Zoom.

It isn't perfect, but it gets the job done and saves me from lugging these things outside to mist them. Someday I'll get one of these.

Hex Series. Process Shots.
Finally getting around to working on my Hexagon Series. Painting background layers is always fun, so I figured I'd share a few and post photos of their evolution over the coming months. Keep in mind, these photos represent Layer #1. There is a good chance I'll reach Layer #100 on some of them, so it will be fun to document the build up. The series is eleven strong, all different colors of raw denim, stretched over wood frames. Lots of fun. This is just the beginning. Click-Zoom.
Featured. Naïve Book.
"Naïve (Gestalten 2009) documents the extraordinary renaissance of Classic Modernism, from the 1940s to 1960s, in contemporary graphic design. This compilation introduces a new wave of young designers who are rediscovering the stylistic elements reminiscent of classic graphic design such as silkscreen printing, classical typography, hand lettering, woodcutting and folk art and integrating them into their work." Really psyched to be in this book. Learn More/Buy Book.

Saturday Session.

Today I rocked on this 4-panel mural for longtime homies Fro & Raj. They run a glass blowing studio in Western Massachusetts. We had been planning this painting since last fall, so it was great to finally trek out to The Berkshires and rock it. Good times! Click-Zoom.

Amazing treasures around every corner. Check out Raj rocking on this molten glass marble, and Fro getting nice with a special something something. The torches were so bright my camera didn't know what to do. By the end of the day, my eyes were popping out of my head! Haha. Big UP guys. Great to see you both. (*Collaborations soon.)
